The National Rural Health Conference (NRHC) 2024 has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 20 CME credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.

Nurses attending the conference can be allocated the appropriate Professional Development Hours for the actual hours they have attended over the duration of the conference.

9.00am - 5.00pm	PRIME Workshop day The National PRIME Committee have asked for an update from the Te Whatu Ora Health NZ senior Rural Health team in charge of the review of PRIME and after-hours services as part of the “Unplanned Care review”, on progress with this review currently being undertaken. The Committee has been advised scoping work for the review is completed and the Terms of Reference will be available for discussion and feedback at a special PRIME day organised as part of the National Rural Health Conference. Members of the Te Whatu Ora review team will share their thinking on the review process for PRIME services and seek feedback and input from PRIME responders as stakeholders.
